Many benefits arise from employing a culturally diverse workforce, however a number of challenges also exist and must be recognized. In this program we will identify the primary and secondary differences of diversity, the importance valuing diversity can play in the hospitality industry, and managements role in supporting diversity in the workplace. This program will help viewers develop an understanding of the term 'diversity', how it relates to the hospitality industry and how vital it is to ensure both employee and customer needs are met.
