INDIGENOUS DAY LIVE is the world's premier celebration of the unique heritage, diverse cultures, and outstanding contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people. The 2018 celebration showcased indigenous musicians performing on three live stages: Ottawa, Toronto and Winnipeg. This video features performances by: Nunavut musical sensation, Kelly Fraser, performs 'Sedna'; Sister Says, a Haida-Tsimshian indie-pop duo from Vancouver, perform 'You Can't Go Back"; Shauit from northeastern Quebec helps keep the Innu language alive through his music which is a blend of traditional, reggae, and pop; William Prince, Juno Award-winning singer/songwriter from Peguis First Nation, Manitoba performs 'Breathless".
