Fewer young people coming into the workforce has serious implications for employers, business owners, and management. Coupled with this, there is a hidden and under-utilized pool of workers aged over 45. This program sheds light on the changing age demographic in the workforce and the benefits that older workers bring to organizations. It enables users to explore the characteristics of an aging workforce, dispel some of the myths, and identify a range of strategies that might be implemented to harness the power of the current and future workforce. This will in turn assist organizations to become more sustainable and service industries to remain viable.
