Author Andy Coe takes Christine Cushing on a tour of New York's Chinatown and explains how he became interested in Chinese food history. He shows her the street which was the heart of the original Chinatown in the 1880s and tells her of the Bohemians who discovered chop suey and introduced it to the general New York population.
