TIZZY, SLOW DOWN! Tizzy is always in a hurry, but today she is extra fast. Her friends try to get her to slow down, but she doesn't. However, she eventually saves the day with her speed.   DRESS UP PARTY: The Teddies can't start their dress up party because Tizzy and Sparky keep showing up wearing the same costume. In the end, they make up their own special costume by wearing all their favourite outfits together.
