Greater Expectations addresses the many challenges teens face today, such as bullying, drugs, pregnancy, racism, and peer pressure, while giving teens the hope, determination and encouragement to succeed through it all. James Valitchka wrote Greater Expectations when he was 12 based on the thousands of emails children and youth wrote him each year.
