Using colourful graphics and animation, super scientist Nina demonstrates how computers work to a group of young students. They learn about types of input, computer processing, and screen output. At the National Museum of Computing, they see some huge old computers. A computer needs to be told what to do, and the children work through a set of if/then (conditional) instructions (a computer program). They also learn how touch screens work.
