Canadian journalist Brandy Yanchyk goes on a "Talking Trees" tour in Vancouver's famous Stanley Park rainforest with her Indigenous guide Candace Campo from Talaysay Tours. Vancouver is the homeland of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh. The red cedar growing here is known as the tree of life, as it provided shelter, clothing, transportation, and bark for ceremonial purposes. The also tour the park's collection of totem poles by artists from various Indigenous nations.
