Spirit and Imm convince their friend Hudley to run for mayor. They organise a Pillar party to get the word out to other dragons. Because they are not allowed to speak about the Pillars, they sing about them instead. When Mayor Crag hears about it, he passes a law that prohibits dragons from gathering together in public spaces. Educational Component: Freedom of Assembly - the idea that you have the freedom to gather with others to talk about, promote or protest for things you have in common. For example, Spirit and Imm have gathered dragons who want to listen to Hudley tell them what she will do as mayor.
