When Mrs. Brinks asks the class to write a poem about someone they admire, Angela writes about her dog King, but Mrs. Brinks thinks the poem is about her and Angela grapples with telling the truth and to further her frustration, when a substitute fills in for Mrs. Brinks and helps Angela with a project, Angela makes a mess of things.
