An educational program produced by the Crisis Centre to help prevent youth suicide. Features a story about a youth helping a friend to get support to overcome suicidal feelings, interwoven with documentary interviews with five young adults who were touched by suicide during their high school years. Viewers learn first hand about warning signs to watch out for, the importance of asking directly, and the value of listening with an open heart and mind.
