"Recognizing the need for an integrated policy document reflecting a coherent vision of education for Ontario schools from Kindergarten to Grade 12, the Ministry of Education has chosen not to release an updated edition of "Ontario Secondary Schools, Grades 9-12: Program and Diploma Requirements 1999 (OSS) at this time. Instead we are investing the work and time required to produce a comprehensive up-to-date document for Ontario schools from Kindergarten to Grade 12. In the meantime, the ministry is producing regular updates to help bridge the gap for teachers and administrators until the new Kindergarten to Grade 12 policy is released."--Pg. 3.
