Instrumental. This piece is a transcription of one of the most beautiful of Handel's arias. "Song of Jupiter" is the aria entitled "Where'er you walk" which is sung by Jupiter in the oratorio "Semele". One of the lesser known of Handel's oratorios, "Semele" was written in London in 1743.
