On-site interviews with young volunteers in a variety of settings and roles help students understand the many choices available for helping out in the community, and the rewards and benefits these experiences can provide. As programs visit volunteers "on the job", viewers gain insight into the opportunities and challenges that teens undertake. Audiences also meet the people that these teens are helping - from children who are aspiring writers, to seniors learning to navigate the world of "cyberspace". Through comments from both the young volunteers and the individuals they are helping, we learn just how important this volunteer activity is to all involved. These short, inspiring programs also demonstrate the value of volunteer work to future career preparation.
