Mugure has everything she could ever want: a loving and successful husband, a healthy and adoring adopted son, and close friends. She begins to question her idyllic life, however, after she finds slips of paper in her husband's coat and in his office that hint that their son Kobi may be the product of illegal adoption and human trafficking. Mugure travels to Kenya to try to prove herself wrong, but with each new piece of the puzzle, she realizes her marriage and family are a sham.
