Dr. Strangeglove has taken over the world's weather station in the Arctic and has transformed it into an instant Freeze-O-Matic machine. The device produces snowballs, which, when thrown across the globe, freeze any number they hit. In order to save the day, Matt Mattics and his team of secret agents must answer a host of questions about complements, numbers that are added together to equal 100 or 1000.
