Cleanliness: "A Tidy Plan" A Tidy Plan is the story of how the cars decided to "clean up" Elrod. First the cars felt it was their "mission" to travel to Elrod's home and clean it up. Then, they brought Elrod into the City of Auto to clean him up. Elrod did look much better. But the important thing is - he also started feeling much better.
