The MythBusters saddle up to test two Old West myths. First, is it possible to shoot a cowboy hat off a person's head? Jamie and Adam track the velocity of bullets shot from authentic Western guns to find out. Next, Kari, Tory and Grant check out the urban legend about a potential car thief and a lethal side airbag. With help from the fire department, the team applies their knowledge of air pressure and force to help them solve the mystery. Finally, Adam and Jamie recruit a pair of bucking broncos to find out if it's possible to break out of an Old West jail with simple horsepower.
