Math sense, factor trees and algorithms - all are used when understanding the relationship between two of our basic whole number operations: multiplication and division. In this program, students put their math smarts to the test by extending basic multiplication and division facts and properties to solve large, multi-digit problems through the use of manipulatives, algorithms, estimation and math sense.
