Madame Mimi is the new apartment concierge. She imposes several rules for the tenants such that parties are not permitted. However, the tenants are secretly organizing a party for their new concierge. She is introduced to the Catastrophe family and Madame Zinzin who lives with her grandson Jean-Luc. After the party, Madame Mimi decides to remove the no party rule.
