Madame Mimi is introduced to another tenant, Estelle Énergie, who is a fitness instructor. She visits the Catastrophe family and talks to them about healthy foods. Madame Mimi and the Catastrophe family go to eat at the Café des Amis where Estelle Énergie is caught eating foods that are not healthy.
