Eboo has just been born. He is the newest member of his Elephant family. They live in the Amboseli National Park, overlooked by Mount kilmanjaro, Africa's tallest mountain. One day he will grow to be amongst the largest mammals on the land. Eleigh is Eboo's mum, the leader of the heard or 'matriarch'. Eboo's dad is the biggest elephant in the whole park. His name is Swabou. Eboo and his family spend up to sixteen hours a day slowly eating their way through between two hundred and four hundred kg of food.
