The CIRCLES Program teaches social distance and levels of intimacy through the use of six color-coded concentric circles. Level 2 of the second step program is for students with moderate to mild cognitive challenges and can be used as a stand-alone introduction for higher functioning students. Because it uses a reality-show format, Circles Level 2 can be used to illustrate more subtle applications within the context of establishing relationships, developing discretion and recognizing change.
