The First Wave Teacher's Resource CD provides guide notes for all the titles in the First Wave series. There is further support in the form of checklists to help the teacher assess and evaluate students' literacy progress in oral, written and visual language as well as high frequency words and phonological patterns. There are also independent reinforcing activities for all the focus words.
