When Billy, a boy from 1908, takes a ride on a carousel and finds himself on a farm in Colorado in 1993, he's just as surprises as Susan, the girl who finds him. Billy and Susan quickly realize that Billy's time travelling has something to do with the old beat-up carousel in the neighbour's barn, but the carousel hasn't worked for years, and Susan's neighbours don't want her in the barn.
