Pansy, an irrepressible poodle, is adopted from a Los Angeles animal shelter by a little girl named Avery, who takes her to live at the Palace Hotel in Beverly Hills. Pansy loves her new home just as much as Avery does and they are both alarmed when they hear about a series of thefts. Who will solve the mystery of the missing jewels and save the hotel from ruin?
