This program depicts criminal actions of Internet hackers and the subsequent effects on individuals, businesses and government. Hackers commit identity theft, infect computers and programs with viruses, spy on businesses, crash networks of powerful corporations, and attempt to destabilize governments. As with many crime situations, rival gangs fight for each other's turf, rewards are offered, and government agencies work to catch the perpetrators.
