Students had the opportunity to develop their leadership qualities as they assumed the role of Student Leaders. After a study of characters in three fictional texts (Suki's kimono; Jeremiah learns to read; Jack the bear), students continued their leadership journey by reflecting on themselves as leaders in their community and by selecting a leader who had an impact on our world.
