In this vivid look at ancient China, students will explore four magnificent remnants of the country's long history, including the Great Wall, the world's largest stone structure, and the Summer Palace, which exquisitely demonstrates the creative art of the Chinese garden landscape design. Students will also experience the palatial splendor of the Forbidden City and visit Pingyao, an exceptionally well-preserved 14th century city of the Han dynasty.
