Canada & Beyond: Canada’s Interactions with the Global Community is designed and written for educators to meet the expectations of the revised Ontario social studies curriculum. Students will learn, explore, discover, analyze, and communicate findings for a variety of topics. They will explore the global community and Canada’s role in it. Students will be challenged to investigate current social, political, economic, and environmental issues. They will develop an understanding of the importance of action and cooperation between global partners. Students will continue to hone their inquiry skills when exploring and conducting their investigations.
