Technology is predominantly interwoven in many facets of our lives, including the workplace, leisure, school, and home. Rapid changes in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) lead to a more interconnected and globalized world of societies, cultures, and economies. In order to thrive in this globalized, knowledge‐based and information‐driven society, it is essential for our schools to successfully integrate the latest technologies in teaching and learning to meet the needs of our students as Global Learners1.
