Canada & Beyond: Changing Family & Community Traditions is designed and written for educators to meet the expectations of the revised Ontario social studies curriculum. Students will learn, explore, discover, analyze, and communicate findings for a variety of topics. Lessons explore a variety of traditions within families and in their local communities. Students will develop an understanding of how these traditions contribute to and enrich their own community and Canada as a country. Students will use the inquiry process to explore and conduct their investigations.
