The Watcher's Council have sprung the rogue-but-repentant slayer, Faith, from jail to combat the water beast that has hit the Sunnydale scene. While Faith is enjoying her stint as "the Good One", Buffy sets out to do a little digging, specifically to find out what connection the Council may have with these horrific creatures.
