Alex is running for school president because he has new, some may say "revolutionary" ideas. Jen and Sam travel back in time to introduce him to the British, French and American Revolutions. They visit King John's England and learn about the feudal system and the Magna Charta. They meet King Charles, whose feud with Parliament leads to revolution. In France we meet King Louis XIV, who creates absolute monarchy, only to have it collapse under King Louis XVI during the French Revolution. We go to the American colonies as they move toward revolution and create their founding documents.
