This program follows the ice bear, Binne, as she searches for seals with the scavenger arctic fox, Rev. The setting is Norway's arctic island archipelago, Svalbard. The ice bear, or polar bear, is threatened by the scarcity of pack ice where arctic seals breed. The ice bear must replace and store calories for the year in three short months. As global warming affects the planet, fragile ecosystems are endangered.
