Organisms in the four Kingdoms of Plant, Animal, Fungi, and Protista are all eukaryotes. They have a true nucleus contained within a nuclear membrane. Organisms within the two Kingdoms of Eubacteria and Archaebacteria are prokaryotic. Neither have their genetic material within a nuclear membrane.
