Wild Roller Coaster introduces lower case letters that are formed with a basic hump, like a roller coaster rise and dip. Gom reads about Bartleby, who tells about riding a wild roller coaster. While he was waiting in the long line, he ate lots of food. The ride, and his full tummy, reminded him of the letters "n" and "m." The writing practice includes: reinforcement for measuring margins and spacing using the index finger, the roller coaster shape and groups of shapes, the letter "n," the letter "m," and capital letters for both. The "Circle Your Best" strategy is demonstrated. The sentence is introduced: "Mom said now."
