Loops and Lines introduces letters that are formed combing lines and loops. Gom opens a letter and finds Bartleby in Paris, France, where he is exploring culinary delights in a restaurant or bistro, enjoying the cuisine-all which begin with the letters "b" and "f." This program continues with a short version of "Two Feet Flat On the Floor." The writing practice includes: reinforcement for measuring margins and spacing using the index finger, the letter "b," and the letter "f". Joining the letter "b" and "f" with letter "e" from a previous program, the words "beef" and "fee" are formed. Teachers may want to have students complete each practice row, then analyze which letter looks best and use the "Circle Your Best" strategy.
