After a smash encounter with Dr. Cerebral and his 'Noggin Knocker', Betty takes Sparky and X-5 along to a rodeo with her Uncle Charlie. As revenge, Dr. Cerebral kidnaps Robo Betty and reprograms her to do his bidding! Using Robo Betty's homing device to locate the Galactic Guardian headquarters, Dr. Cerebral finds himself on Earth and in the middle of the rodeo. Robo Betty ties up Betty and her crew and Dr. Cerebral almost manages to launch them into space (the crowd believes it to be all part of the show) until Uncle B-1 shows up and reminds Robo Betty of who she is and the implant is removed. Betty decides to spend the rest of the day with her own uncle, much to the dismay of Noah and Chaz who spent the day arguing over who Betty would rather spend time with.
