Betty's Mom has hired TV personality "Dr." Will to help Betty and Purrsy become closer. Betty is stuck with Purrsy by her side when she goes into battle with Maximus, who instantly becomes enamored with his smaller self. Maximus sends Minimus to Earth to retrieve Purrsy for himself. Betty must keep Purrsy safe while completing a series of team building activities set out by Dr. Will, while Sparky and X-5 try to conceal Earth's identity from Minimus.
