An evil circus Carney, Barker, has brought her carnivorous show to Moosejaw Heights in search of a Galactic Guardian. Her evil plot is to lure a GG into the ring to fight a giant sandworm for her audiences' amusement - and the bait winds up being Sparky. Betty receives the distress call while trying to spend some quality time with her Dad, fishing, and must come to the rescue once again. Fighting off a sandworm is hard enough, but things get even worse when the entire alien audience gets involved in the fight and Chaz and Penelope are watching in the wings.
