Kara and Dalmar explain the science behind separating the curd from the whey in milk. Mix together milk and vinegar, which separates the curd and the whey in the milk. Pour the mixture through a cheese cloth, and squeeze out the liquid. Add some baking soda to the curd, and you have glue!
