Host Mark Sykes spends the day with 11-year-old Gavin who has Polystotic Fibrous Dysplasia (PFD), a disease that affects the bones in his leg. Gavin gets Mark to run with one shoe higher then the other so that Mark can better understand what it feels like for Gavin to play with PFD. They also get to check out Gavin's neighborhood and play some music together.
