Jill introduces the craft. Now as crafty as I am, and you know me, there is nothing better I like than a craft that you can use. And in the hot summer months.... when your plants and your head are too hot... you can definitely use a watering can. So on today's Jigsaw Jill show we are going to make a handy dandy watering can out of an ordinary jug.
