Using real world examples, students will learn that any data that can be grouped represents a part-whole relationship. Viewers will come to understand that set theory helps us to organize data. After watching the video, students will realize the importance of the part-whole relationship in mathematics and that the part-whole relationship explains the math operations, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
