At the end of this activity, students should be able to: define malignant and benign neoplasms, name and discuss the stages of neoplasm development, discuss the factors responsible for neoplasms and give examples of preventive measures we can take to reduce the risk of developing cancer, and discuss anti-neoplasm mechanisms existing in the organism and methods of cancer treatment.
