When Sonny and his friend Sam find a ventriloquist dummy labeled "Slappy" in an abandoned house, they decide to take him home. What they don't realize is that they've brought him to life ... and he's evil. Even worse, it's Halloween. Slappy uses his dark magic powers to make Halloween decorations come alive all across town--and they start to attack! Can Sonny and Sam stop him before it's too late?
