The Teaching-Learning Critical Pathway was first introduced in 2006 by LNS student achievement officers as an instructional strategy to support principals and teachers in the Ontario Focused Intervention Partnership (OFIP) program. The T-LCP is an adaptation of Fullan, Hill and Crévola’s (2006a, b) Critical Learning and Instructional Pathway, a model for designing each individual student’s “learning journey” based on both his/her learning profile and the teacher’s key curriculum goals.
