In part one of this three part series, Ben Fogle and Victoria Pendleton prepare for an expedition through a series of grueling altitude tests. They then travel to Nepal, via the world's most frightening airport, and begin the trek to Everest Base Camp. They receive a Buddhist blessing, encounter stunning views, and visit the Climbers' Memorial.
