The permanence that digital tools bring can be a wonderful asset if you want to save an important email-or a video of a beautiful moment in your life. But abusing digital tools thinking that deleting embarrassing or exploitable digital content makes it disappear has created many challenges for digital citizens because delete does not mean it is gone.
